    RAM’s Conflict of Interest policy sets out how staff and representatives must identify, declare, and manage any personal or financial interests that could influence or appear to influence their decisions at RAM PNG. Its purpose is to protect integrity and transparency by ensuring decisions are made fairly, especially in areas such as procurement, partnerships, and resource management.

  • RAM Antifraud Policy

    RAM’s Anti-Fraud Policy outlines the measures in place to prevent, detect, and respond to fraud, corruption, or misuse of RAM resources. It sets expectations for ethical behaviour, reporting of suspected wrongdoing, investigation procedures, and appropriate disciplinary or corrective actions to protect funds and maintain accountability to partners and communities.
