Governance Overview
RAM PNG is committed to strong governance and accountability to ensure resources are managed responsibly and programs are delivered effectively. Our governance framework provides oversight of strategic direction, financial stewardship, risk management, and compliance, while supporting transparent reporting to partners, donors, and the public.
Governance Structure
RAM PNG operates under a structured governance and management framework led by the RAM Board/Rotary Club Board members and supported by the RAM Committee Members, providing oversight and direction. Day-to-day operations are led by the RAM Chairman and the General Manager, with implementation delivered through key operational departments including Finance & Administration, HR, Logistics, IT, Program Quality/RMC, National HMM coordination, and Operations/LLIN distribution and fleet coordination. The structure also shows program coordination links with technical partners and working groups such as NDoH TES (Therapeutic Efficacy Study) TWG and IMR malaria surveillance/insecticide resistance collaboration
Policies & Standards
RAM PNG’s Policies and Standards provide guidance for ethical conduct, transparent decision-making, and responsible management of resources. These policies help ensure consistent operations, accountability to partners and communities, and compliance with approved procedures across all programs and departments.
